1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Correct Code Framework website, account system, checkout pages, Starter Access, paid subscriptions, Correct Coder Digital Library products, Case Files, the Correct Coder Digital Library, the CCF Solution Builder / Simulator, training materials, and related support services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & access
Some parts of the Service may require an account, email address, purchase, subscription, or access entitlement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, access links, devices, and account activity. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
Access is personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by anyone other than the person who purchased or received the access. Correct Code Press may suspend or revoke access if we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, scraping, automated extraction, or any other violation of these Terms.
3. CCF access levels
CCF offers different access levels so learners can start with the first investigations and continue into deeper paid training when they are ready. Actual access, features, taxes, and pricing are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Starter Access: current posted pricing is $25 one-time. It includes public previews #001–#003, guided Case Files #004–#025, the four-chapter Book Zero Preview, and the CCF Interactive Problem Simulator. It is not a subscription and upgrades are manual.
- Master DSA: current posted pricing is $45/month or $495/year. This is paid subscription access to the official 75-case Data Structures & Algorithms curriculum, Blind 75 Achievement path, and related materials.
- Master Systems Reasoning: current posted pricing is $95/month or $950/year. This is paid subscription access that includes Master DSA plus cross-domain reasoning materials such as Math, Logic, SQL, Git, .NET, AI, and systems reasoning.
4. License & permitted use
When you purchase or receive access, Correct Code Press grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access the applicable digital content for your own learning and professional development. This license does not transfer ownership of the content, framework, templates, videos, tools, or other materials.
- Allowed: personal study, private practice, applying the concepts in your own work, and using learned ideas to solve problems.
- Not allowed: sharing access, distributing files, reposting chapters, publishing Case Files or templates, making materials publicly available, reselling content, repackaging CCF materials into a competing product, or using materials to train datasets, models, bots, or automated systems without written permission.
5. Payments, subscriptions & renewals
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. CCF does not store your full payment card details on its servers. Prices, taxes, billing cadence, and available payment options are shown at checkout.
The Starter Access is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Monthly and yearly paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cadence.
Taxes may vary by location and processor settings. Access begins after successful checkout or payment confirmation. Failed payments may interrupt or suspend access.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel paid subscriptions using the cancellation method made available to you, such as an account area, checkout portal, billing portal, support flow, or other method provided by CCF. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or separately approved.
Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. The Starter Access is one-time access and does not require cancellation because it does not automatically renew.
7. Refunds
Digital content and access are delivered electronically. Refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law. The Starter Access is a one-time digital purchase, and subscriptions are billed according to the cadence selected at checkout.
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, mistaken charge, technical access problem, or billing issue, contact support and CCF may review the request case by case. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass locks, gates, paywalls, entitlement checks, or access controls.
- Sharing purchase links, account access, credentials, downloaded assets, or private materials.
- Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, automated extraction, or similar collection of content or data.
- Copying CCF materials into datasets or training models without written permission.
- Reverse engineering, cloning, or attempting to replicate the CCF Solution Builder / Simulator.
- Redistributing Case Files, templates, guides, videos, paid materials, or private training content.
- Using the Service to transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or unlawful material.
- Interfering with the availability, security, integrity, or normal operation of the Service.
- Chargeback abuse, fraudulent purchases, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
- Using CCF trademarks, brand elements, or trade dress in a misleading or confusing way.
9. Intellectual property
Correct Code Press owns or licenses the Service and its materials, including Correct Code Framework, CCF, Case Files, the Correct Coder Digital Library, the CCF Solution Builder / Simulator, reasoning guides, templates, videos, layouts, graphics, copy, code where applicable, trademarks, and brand elements. These materials are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative commercial products from the materials without written permission. Third-party trademarks referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Educational use & no guarantees
CCF is educational. It does not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, salary increases, certification outcomes, LeetCode or interview performance, business outcomes, or error-free code. You are responsible for applying what you learn.
Examples, explanations, diagrams, and practice materials are provided for learning and may need adaptation for real-world requirements, technical constraints, employers, clients, or production systems.
11. Availability & changes to the Service
CCF may update, replace, improve, remove, or reorganize materials, features, Case Files, libraries, and tools over time. The Service may not always be uninterrupted or error-free, and CCF may perform maintenance or make changes as the platform evolves.
Future libraries, domains, and features may change. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, these Terms do not guarantee permanent availability of every individual feature, page, video, Case File, or tool.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided for educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Correct Code Press will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Correct Code Press is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your sharing of credentials, access links, devices, or account information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
